In the complex of THERMAL SPA Velké Losiny there is a total of five springs which spontaneously gush out from a depth of about a thousand meters. Their temperature is about 38 degrees Celsius.

Thermal spring in Velké Losiny – the unique source for your health
Into the balneology facility then come with a temperature of 36 degrees Celsius and is used for bubble baths and whirlpools. There is also indoor pool in hotel Eliška which is filled with thermal water. The only cold spring, which can be used for drinking is Karel. This sulphur spring is located in a wooden gazebo near the former outdoor thermal pool. Drinking mineral water is rich in various cations particularly calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Of the anions are bicarbonates and sulphates.
Why the sulfur water is so good?
The sulphurous water increases blood circulation. The result of the combination of the sulphurous water and physiotherapists work is to eliminate pain points in the muscle. However, it is not only appropriate solution for already existing problems but as a prevention as well. The oldest type of therapeutic use of thermal water is the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, including postoperative rehabilitation. Very positive effect has thermal water for some skin diseases - psoriasis, eczema.
