ROYAL SPA FAMILY is a loyalty programme for regular guests of ROYAL SPA spa hotels and resorts
Become a part of our spa family with the ROYAL SPA FAMILY loyalty program, which is designed for our guests who regularly take care of their health in ROYAL SPA spa hotels and resorts in Mariánské Lázně, Luhačovice, Ostrožská Nová Ves and Velké Losiny. This program brings you not only benefits and discounts, but also the feeling that you are part of a community that cares about a healthy lifestyle.
Prevention and regular health care help maintain or improve your health. Members of our ROYAL SPA FAMILY can enjoy discounts on repeated stays as well as many other benefits and bonuses.
How to get points?
- We will convert the total amount of the purchased stay into points.
- For every 25 CZK paid you will get 1 point.
- Points are credited for stays purchased directly at our spa hotels and ROYAL SPA resorts.
- Points are credited for self-paid stays and stays made through health insurance companies (for complex spa care for extra charges for superior accommodation, single room accommodation and for choice meals, for contributory spa care for accommodation and meals).
- Points are credited from the date the card is created, they cannot be loaded backwards.
- The number of points determines the amount of your discount.
How to get bonuses and discounts?
- Discounts and bonuses can be redeemed after the first stay is paid.
- Discounts and bonuses can be used for self-pay stays according to the type of membership.
- A valid loyalty card is required to redeem discounts and bonuses.
- The loyalty card is non-transferable. Benefits can only be used by the cardholder.
- To redeem discounts and points, the stay must be booked in the name of the loyalty card holder.
- The membership discount can be applied per room (not per person).
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and applied to already discounted stays.
Important information:
- In order to redeem discounts and credit points, the stay must be booked in the name of the loyalty card holder.
- Points will not be credited for stays purchased through a travel agent or other intermediary (e.g. corporate stays, etc.).
- Points will not be credited for stays that are paid for with vouchers or benefits.
- Points will not be credited for stays that are booked through an online booking system other than the booking system on our website.
- If you do not visit any ROYAL SPA hotel for more than 24 consecutive months, 500 points will be deducted for each year.
