REQUEST
- University degree in economics.
- Knowledge and experience of double-entry bookkeeping.
- Orientation in accounting and tax legislation.
- Experience in controlling and costing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data.
- Diligence, independence, responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
JOB SUMMARY
Financial Controlling:
- Creation and management of budgets, monitoring their implementation.
- Analysis of deviations between planned and actual results.
- Preparation of regular reports and statements for management.
- Optimization of processes, evaluation of cost effectiveness, introduction of innovations in financial management.
- Internal control, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal regulations.
Financial Analysis:
- Collecting and interpreting data to predict cost and revenue trends.
- Identification of opportunities for efficiency improvements and savings.
- Providing recommendations for investment, project development or process optimization.
Decision support:
- Preparing the basis for strategic management decisions.
- Analyzing market trends and their impact on financial performance.
