That's why at the spa, we take an individual approach to our clients, making sure that the diet is not only balanced but also sustainable in the long term.Each client consults with their doctor and nutritional therapist to help set up an optimal diet.
Most of the time, it turns out that people are consuming excessive amounts of food, but are missing out on important nutrients, especially protein. At the same time, we focus on the right drinking regime and the appropriate composition of each meal.
