Tips and Advice

Please read our tips and advice about gift vouchers carefully.

Important Information:

  • The gift voucher will be sent by email or post only after full payment has been received.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be paid for using benefit cards (e.g. Benefit Plus, Sodexo, and others).
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Choice of Delivery:

  • EMAIL – After payment has been received, you will receive a valid gift voucher by email, ready for printing.
  • REGISTERED MAIL (recommended) – After payment has been received, we will send your gift voucher by registered post via Czech Post for CZK 120.
  • PERSONAL COLLECTION – You may also collect your gift voucher in person at your selected facility.

Payment Options:

  • PAYMENT GATEWAY – Pay securely online via our payment gateway.
  • BANK TRANSFER – We will send you the payment details by email.
  • CASH / CARD – You can pay in cash or by credit card directly at the reception of your selected hotel (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard).

Voucher Redemption:

  • All relevant information can be found in the enclosed leaflet, “Information for Gift Recipients”, which will be sent together with your gift voucher.
  • Value and universal gift vouchers are valid at all ROYAL SPA hotels and resorts in Luhačovice, Mariánské Lázně, Ostrožská Nová Ves, and Velké Losiny.

Gift voucher FAQs

How quickly will I receive my gift voucher?

It depends on the choice of payment and delivery terms. If you choose to pay by credit card through a payment gateway and delivery by e-mail, the gift voucher will be sent to your e-mail address within a few minutes. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the process is more complicated and can take 1-2 days.

Can I receive a gift voucher in the post?

Yes, but it will take longer to process than if you choose email delivery. Gift vouchers are sent by our sales department "registered" and only after the money has been credited to our account. Therefore, it may take 2-3 days for a gift voucher to be delivered by post. We recommend that you choose to have the voucher delivered electronically by email.

Can the gift certificate be paid for with an invoice from the FKSP or a benefit?

Yes, just please make sure to fill in the exact billing information (company address, including company ID or VAT number) when paying from the FKSP. Unfortunately, you cannot use the benefit to pay for the gift voucher.

I was unable to order the gift voucher because there was a problem with the payment gateway. I didn't receive a confirmation with the invoice and I simply don't have the voucher. What should I do?

If you have any questions regarding a pending voucher payment, invoice confirmation or any other questions related to voucher payment, our economic department will assist you. Describe your problem by email to: ekonom@royalspa.cz and we will get back to you promptly.

My value gift voucher is worth more than the stay we want to redeem it for. What else can we redeem the difference in price for?

The difference in price can be used to purchase treatments, pay for parking or local charges. Alternatively, you can buy souvenirs from your stay at the reception - ROYAL SPA drink, bag, mug, wafers or even THERMELOVE healing dermocosmetics.

I have a gift voucher for a stay in Luhačovice at MIRAMARE. Can I use it also in the Thermal Spa?

In this case, the gift voucher can only be redeemed where it was issued.

Can I use the voucher for something else?

No. If a specific procedure or type of stay is listed, you need to use it for what it is listed for.
