Comprehensive Spa Care (KLP)
- The health insurance covers treatment, accommodation and all-day meals.
- KLP is taken by the client during the period of incapacity for work.
- The length of treatment is set at 21 or 28 days depending on the type of indication.
- The validity of an approved CAP proposal is usually 3 months from the date of issue.
- If the reviewing physician approves a guide for the stay of an adult client, the health insurance company pays for the accommodation and meals of the guide.
- Upon receipt of the approved spa proposal from the health insurance company, the spa will summon the client no later than 5 working days before the start of the stay. The client has the option of arranging a specific date for the use of the KLP for an administrative fee at the selected spa hotel prior to the issuance of the proposal for spa and rehabilitation care.
- The health insurance company covers accommodation in double rooms of standard category. Superior accommodation and accommodation in a single room is available at an additional cost at the selected spa hotel.
- The health insurance company covers basic meals in the form of full board (continental breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of several meals). Choice of meals (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of menu, fruit and vegetable salads) at an additional cost according to the selected spa hotel.
Contributory Spa Care (PLP)
- Health insurance only pays for treatment. Accommodation and meals are paid for by the client.
- PLP is taken by the client as part of his/her leave.
- The length of treatment is set by the doctor at 14 or 21 days.
- The validity of an approved PLP proposal is usually 6 months from the date of issue.
- The date of stay, category of accommodation and type of meals can be booked in advance at the selected spa hotel.
